  1. Depression/Anxiety

Most of the time when someone is struggling with either or both of these diagnosis they may have unresolved issues that need to be healed or improved so that the symptoms no longer rule their life. When you are able to address underlying issues you may be much less likely to repeat old unhealthy patterns.

  2. Relationship Conflict

All significant relationships may have periods of conflict. Anger, Lack of communication and misunderstandings can have serious impact on our mental health and the health of our relationships. A therapist acts a neutral third party to help resolve conflict and improve communication. Lets learn new ways to love each other.

  3. Abuse

Therapy can help heal wounds caused by past abuse - Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, physical, Emotional and Verbal abuse can have an impact on your functioning everyday. Therapy can help resolve pain and stuck feelings that are keeping you from living a meaningful life. Working with a therapist can help you leave or avoid abusive situations.

  4. Low Self worth/Self Esteem

These debilitating conditions can be the root of many personal issues including people pleasing, negative self talk and fear of failure. Therapy can help you change the cycle in which low self worth helps perpetuate self defeating behaviors.
